You are all right...I don't know which world they expect you to live in I tell you. Going to phone tax credits later and no doubt speak to some really helpful person who knows nothing lol!

Our rent is covered by HB although we are still expected to pay majority of Council tax..so that leaves about 2p for food...got to laugh haven't you!

Edit and I am so confused by the current HB award as they have amended first with the £900 overpayment then adjusted again..!!!!!! why can't they get it right the first time!

We talked so much though and he is very badly broken, I am not even sure he is fixable. I am even more certain he is not messing me about now. Or at least, not intentionally. I wish I could help him, but I don't think I can. It's up to him now to realise it's time to stop punishing himself for the mistakes he's made.

But yes....snow is very bracing!
