Won't you be needing a wedding dress soon ;)

    Did Violet have fun?

I was thinking more wedding jeans :o - and not too soon anyway.

She did have fun. We didn't go mad, because I knew MIL had done!

Dancing teletubby is a favorite - she dances with him!

MIL came late afternoon with an absolute ton of stuff - we made her take half of it back home as we'd ran out of space on the floor.

Good luck with the 'posh do' How about a nice dress with cardi over it:)

Hmm - did you go in and edit the 'jazzy' out? Or did I imagine it? I think everytime I see the word cardi, my brain automatically puts jazzy in front of it. :D

BTW - the 'boys' brown furry pram boots MIL got from next sale for V  are a size 12-18 months. My faries will send to first PM.

  • Great present - my kindle, which will be great when I get some time to read it! Fab for holidays, no more limiting myself to 2 or 3 books - I can take a library worth! We will see how I get on with it compared to proper books when I finish the Val McDermid I am reading ATM and get going on the ones I have downloaded in preparation :)

Crap present - a tin of roses, which will still be there next Christmas because we don't eat much chocolate in MFD towers (except when pregnant!) and a steering wheel for Mario Kart on the Wii, which I am pap at :rotfl:

The pram boots have been claimed. ;)

Best present was my new purple ipod nano.

Worst was a tapestry style basket containing a selection of boots wrinkle creams and eye bag treatments - cheers for that MIL!

I think GISI said jazzy :rotfl: although I love the idea that you assume jazzy whenever anybody says cardi LOL!!!

Benjamin got 3 Waybuloo beanies (he already had YoJoJo) and it is hikarious because he keeps seeing another on the floor, dropping one to pick it up, then seeing another, dropping one to pick it up etc etc etc!!

Benjamins best gift was probably from the Practice Wife!!! She bought him a leap frog music table thingie...

Best present - anything from OH... although the breastfeeding charm for my bracelet was the one that made me cry :o

Most unsuitable present (can't say worst/crap as they are really nice, just not "us") - goose down duvet and pillows from SIL.. duvet is a double and we have a king size bed (which I'm sure she knows because she burst into our room a few weeks back on the pretense of looking at our wardrobe), plus once we were both brave enough to talk about it, we discovered neither of us like down duvet/pillows! Not sure what to do about that one.. :o

3 You must have the same condition as me hon...whenever I see the word cardi, I automatically think 'jazzy cardi'......blame Sami:o

    Best present...none

Worst present all of them:rolleyes:, well I got two lots of perfume, I have hundreds of pounds worth of perfume, I really don't need any more and barely ever wear it anyway. I got a watch and a jewellery box, I don't wear watches, just use my phone...cos I hate constantly taking them on and off to get washed, bath kids, make bottles, rinse dishes etc etc... and the only jewellery I wear is wedding ring, engagement ring (I sort of have two) and an eternity ring and a family locket.
Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,
Nothing is going to get better. It's not.

3, I have something like this

    http://www.debenhams.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/prod_10001_10001_028010161460_-1

And I really love it. Dress it up with killer heels, pretty sparkly jewellery and a posh shruggy thing. And you can dress it down with chunky jewellery, same shoes and a cute jacket. Plus, it's reasonably priced but looks more. And flatters even my big fat belly and fat legs and bingo wing arms (cos everyone looks at my boobs in it hehe).

MM, is it a sock made of iron or a sock to go over your iron and why would you put a sock on your iron and do you get iron condoms cos that would be cool.

Best present... uhm... prefume, phone, boots voucher :D
Worst present... the box of chocolates that I ate all in the one go? :rotfl:

Seth loves all his presents :) we didnt go mad on him though, he got a Vtech steering wheel, Playskool 2in1 walker/ride along, xylophone and the fisher price phone with the boogly eyes! Oh and a digger from ELC, with a tiny tiny button on it that he stretches his finger out and presses with a look of huge concentration
