Hello Fitz When is our wee Scottish MSE meets ? Will have to contact Caz b4 that.

SM were still away. Moved onto another hotel today here for 4 days then home. Mum and dad nipped in by our house on their way up the road and said no furry friends caught in our traps YET lol

Hello ladies, long time no see. Sorry about that.

I've only read back a few pages so hugs to DKAM - gather things aren't great. And hurrah for Rhys on sitting, clever boy!

Sorry I don't get chance to come on any more. To those who haven't come across me, I started the Parent's Club way back in 2006 when our daughter arrived. She's just gone three and Alex came along in July last year.

Speaking of the little monkey, anyone else had problems with 5/6mth olds suddenly waking really early? He started on Xmas Day (first day of DH's hols) waking up at 4.30am for a natter - a loud one. Then he was up at 6am for a feed. He had been sleeping 7pm til at least 7am and hadn't had a dream feed for about 4 weeks.

I've reinstated the dream feed (5oz at about 10.30pm) and he's now eating quite a bit of solids, but that means I can't get as much milk into him. We're at that eating-every-two-hours stage (milk/solids/milk/solids). He only just has 20oz most days.

Any advice? DH went back to work today and Alex was up at 5am for a moan. He kept us up til 5.30am at which point the moaning went to hungry crying and I got up to feed him. Having inhaled 7oz he promptly fell back asleep until 8.30am. So he doesn't want to be awake and is clearly hungry, but won't take any more than 5oz for a dream feed. Aaarrggghhh!

I'm hoping there's a magic solution somewhere that I've just forgotten from last time. Please? Anyone?!

Fab thanks Scruffy. Imogen starts pre-school in a couple of weeks and she just can't wait. I'm back at work in mid-April so on a bit of a countdown. Just trying to get everyone into a routine. Took me 2 hours to get us all up and dressed and out of the house this morning. Don't think that's going to cut it when I've got to do the school run!!

We had a lovely Christmas and Imogen's 3rd birthday and DH had nearly 2 weeks off. Although Alex decided to wake up early every morning of it, so he doesn't feel like he's had much of a break, bless him.

    How's you?
