Searchie - hugs, we've been worried about you.

SS - that's a beautiful picture. I think I should change my avvy soon, just incase anyone thinks my daughter always looks like that. :o

I need some food help - i've got beef stew in the slow cooker but the liquid looks a bit watery and i'm out of cornflour. Any ideas on how to thicken it?

Kwik-fit have just arrived! But he's only got two tyres with him, not the four i'd ordered.

Lovely - but unless it comes from fairies or through our wonderful Age Concern shop (the 3way carrier was a fiver!), I can't have it :o

Just use plain flour 3 - mix with a little water if you are worried about lumps.

ps: I think my fairies still have MFD's address, so if we don't like our Sophies we can all turn up at her house and poke her in the eye with our unchewed giraffes. :D

  • 3- how about gravy granules?

    SM- hope you're okay.

Anyone thinking of getting a Mei Tai should go for it! I love mine so much more than I love my pram. It is just so easy to use and Henry loves it!

Does anyone with a teeny baby want any Huggies swim nappies. My fairies have 5 size xs ones that we got free but they're too small for Henry. I also still have the brand new Breastflow bottle if anyone wants it?

Talking of slings, I recommend getting to a sling meet. It was only my 5th sling that was the right one! I gave up till I saw the slings at the meet, and I'm so glad I got one
