Thanks for all the feedback and discussion. I think I'm going to write to them and withdraw the implied right of access to my property. I will also file all their letters and respond with requests in writing for them to stop.
I will not accept a private company auditing my private residence. As I was discussing this with a TV Licensing representative, she said "If you've nothing to hide then you have no reason to deny them access"; I replied "I've plenty to hide and it's nothing to do with my TV, therefore, you have no business in my home".
I already sent them a signed statement declaring my use of the TV, personally I think that's more than enough and I should not have to justify myself to them.0
