just to warn you, O2 was one of my creditors and their agents Wescott have been harassing me for 9 months now  (Luckily I've developed thick skin and ignore them!) to answer a question I still have O2 Broadband, registerd a PAYG sim for the discount and the two accounts in no way appear to have been linked

Hiya,
Well I gave O2 one more chance and they came up with the £150 cashback in the end, took a while but I thought this would ultimately be the best option as I can keep my contract running, not have to bother the OR with new debt information when we get the call next week and wouldn't have to apply for a new contract so soon after BR date.
All worked out OK in the end
Hope they stop bugging you soon.
The calls from creditors haven't started for me yet but I cannot understand why they keep bothering BR people all the time, surely a waste of time and resources
