We want to get rid our vodafone contracts as they wont lower dh's tarriff for another 12 months!!

You'll be fine then....many many peeps here have kept mobiles after BR & upgraded after their contracts are finishing...the ONLY prob you'll have is if you wanted to go to another provider once bankrupt...you'll fail a credit check for a new provider

It's only if they are a creditir. If they aren't, you just carry on paying it as normal and life carries on as normal.

Imagine.....stood talking to someone at a "site" in liverpool I used to visit with work...my OH's phone in my pocket suddenly bursts into "its raining men...."

I didnt get the chance to forget that for a long long long time (sorry getting carried away...sorry for the HJ)
