    i havent put the contract down in my br so hopefully should be ok, due for an upgrade in feb too

    You'll be fine then....many many peeps here have kept mobiles after BR & upgraded after their contracts are finishing...the ONLY prob you'll have is if you wanted to go to another provider once bankrupt...you'll fail a credit check for a new provider

    sorry to highjack but do all mobile companys terminated the contract when told of br as mine with o2 is up to date and never a payment missed(£15 a month)

    It's only if they are a creditir. If they aren't, you just carry on paying it as normal and life carries on as normal.

    Hmmm i've asked santa for a blackberry (been using my OH's for a while now though getting the odd look now & again mainly because its bright pink so time for my own now.)

    sorry bit off topic but my OH borrowed my old phone a couple of years ago...he was sat in a builders van with his mates and it rang....'the flumps' ringtone :eek: didn't do his credibility any good :rotfl:(sorreeee)
