evening all

Had a good appt at the Dr's. Was sitting in the waiting room going over and over and over what I was going to say, so stupid! Im not sure I made her realise exactly how I was feeling but she did describe all my symptoms and said that I had all the classic symptoms of stress and anxiety. She didn't like to define it as depression as Id only felt this way for 1-2 weeks. She has given me some written info to read and asked me to go back in the new year where if I don't feel any better she will arrange for some talking therapy as a first port of call.

I know im generally such a positive person and the one that copes so its so unlike me but like Ames says there are lots of underlying issues that Ive never dealt with because everyone else has relied on me.
OH asked what Dr said, I told him what she said and he said in a huff "sorry" and I said why are you saying sorry, " well thats all down to me" just made me cross that Its all turned around so that I end up feeling sorry for him when in fact its me that needs a bit of a break....grow up you silly man grrrrrrrr

Jessica has been in the bath and is now all clean and sweet smelling! :T

She's so excited that her little friend is coming to play tomorrow, I've bought ready roll pastry and mincemeat so we can all make mince pies too.

I'm taking them to see The Chipmunks squeakual too.
