    Buffy, I do the same. I think it's cos it's easier to speak to people you have a connection with other than work/outside stuff. We're all here for the same reason (DFW) but we'll help each other past that.

    Ive got SW tomorrow night and last week I was dreading how I was going to do this week but with everything thats gone on, I weighed myself this morning and Ive lost 4 pounds...and its not because Ive not eaten, have had loads of bad things, bread, chips chocolate.
