I've got a splitting headache and am suddenly all hot-headed. I don't know if it is after effects of yesterday's long car journey or a bug. I can't afford to be sick for christmas as I have a 10k word research project to do and write up for 5 Jan! I've even booked annual leave until then to do it!!! Eeek. Am desperately hoping I'll wake up better tomorrow.

I also think the anonymity here helps - I couldn't tell people at work about being a DFW, but here I can be almost a different person IYSWIM, as we are not using our real names etc.

Buffy - just read your sig more closely and had a pretty woman moment. Great fantasy stuff. I used to watch that movie with wine and a friend, far too often. We were young and single and dreamt of finding love like that (not in that situation).

Katsu, you got the Pretty Women reference! I LOVE that film so much and I too wish I could fall in love like that although I wouldn't want to be a hooker first!

re feeling rough - drink some water, perhaps a pre-emptive lemsip? and get an early night (hugs)

Spud I thought the bits for DS arrived and you ended up paying loads of duty...or did I imagine that?

Beanie I agree I would prefer to loose 4 pounds without all this stress!
