Another CD Wow bashing and won't be using ever again!!
Ordered 2 DVDs end of November 2009 actually wanting them for sons birthday on 5th december 2009. (Yeah right in hindsight) Both stated in stock upon ordering!!!!:rolleyes:
One arrived a week before Chrsitmas despite saying despatched on 3rd December when I e mailed and queried where it was and stated that waiting 21 days would mean it would be too late for Christmas I got a standard reply back.
I e mailed them and stated if they could not guarantee the 2nd DVD coming in time for Christmas I was cancelling the order. Following day I get an e mail stating it would be despatched on 18th and be with me in time for Christmas!!
No sign of it before Christmas. It arrived yesterday 31st December 2009!!!
