cd-wow not responding

Sorry if in the wrong place, feel free to move it.

Purchased a small item from CD-WOW. Money taken from bank and dispatch email sent.
Alls good.

Item has still not arrived.

I have sat on the phone twice for 45+ minuites, no answer

I have sent 3 emails detailing the item not received , the calls and no emails answered and still no response.

Anyone had this problem and how did you get it sorted.

I feel so frustrated as there seems nothing i can do but write off this money,

It wouldnt be so bad but its a xmas pressie and dont want to go out and buy a new one, if they wont refund

OH ordered something from CD Wow about a fortnight ago and it arrived yesterday, so they are up and running, just don't seem like the excellent company they were a year or so ago; I won't be using them again.

I have ordered something which hasn't arrived yet although my account shows that it has been 'despatched' - if it doesn't arrive first thing Xmas Eve then I'll go out buy another and when it arrives will send it back for refund

I have had the same problem. I ordered on the 6th Dec and still nothing. I emailed and eventually after 7 days they came back and said they will do nothing until 21 days after I ordered, so I am not allowed to go back to them until then (handy, that makes it Christmas Day!)

I too won't be going back to them.

Don't waste your time and money calling you will just get a bland response from them.

I stupidly took out their postal insurance of 50p, waste of time that is!

same for me... Ordered a christmas present on 6th December, but still not received said item although they said it despatched on 11th.

Really disappointed with CD wow, they used to be a great site. It's Bang CD all the way for me now... although I'm still waiting for one of their items they've not sent but taken money for too.

The problem with them is that if they don't reply to your emails you can't get anywhere with them. Various phone numbers I found for them don't work. I ordered Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 for a Christmas present for my son and it was (apparently) sent on 9th November but nothing received. I have sent them 4 emails now and they are not replying to me. I won't be dealing with them again. Shame cos they used to be really good.

I ordered some perfume from CD Wow on the 7th of December with the expectation of 5 - 7 day delivery time. It arrived this morning 22nd December. I was concerned with the time delay, but it was wrapped nicely which is a plus for me being a guy..ha ha

I was confidant that I had protection as I purchased with a credit card and also went through PayPal.

i ordered 2 cd's on the 25 november wheich arrived about 15th dec

i noticed they had to come from switzerland so maybe thats why they are taking so long ?!

def won't be using them again , they should not put 5-7 days when clearly their deliveries are taking much longer

I'll join in with the cd-wow bashing!!! I ordered Star Trek on the 20th Oct. Kept getting emails weekly saying it was out of stock...which was odd coz every other store seemed to have plenty stock of it!?!? It finally turned up yesterday......

And it's not in the right region to be played in this country!!!! ARGH! I'm not holding out much hope of getting this solved from the sounds of it

So it looks like i am going to have to go out and purchase a new cd, plus loose my original money.

I last purchased from cd-wow some years ago and the service was wonderfull.It seems to have fallen by the wayside just now

Sad to see so many with the same problem, but at least there is hope i may get the item at some point in the future, not that it will be any use to me.
