  • I've just ordered some good bargains from BHS, I'm so pleased! I saw people on here mention BHS and thought I'd have a look, but to be honest I thought the good stuff would probably be sold out!
Anyway, I found some of it has been reduced even further so I am very happy right now - I just hope it all arrives!

    I ordered:
    * Magners tin containing a full size bottle of Magners cider and a pint glass in a nice tin - £2 reduced from £10 - this will be for my brother-in-law as he loves Magners.
    * 2 sets of the pretty cake lip gloss - £2 reduced from £6 - one for my niece and one as a spare for the present box.
    * Selection of fine foods hamper - £4 reduced from £15! - for my dh's gran as it's her birthday next week. Although I have already bought her present so perhaps for dh as part of his Valentine's gift as he loves fine food things like this.

I'm so pleased with my savings. I also got free delivery with the code posted on here, double yeay! :j

Ha ha Nicky your order is almost the same as mine! I ordered the foodie set for part of my mum's mother's day present (best before date permitting). Lip glosses either for Elysia and one neice or just both of my neices. One Magners cider set for Step dad and one guinness set for sisters partner. All came to £10 plus 64p (I think) quidco.

    Brilliant bargain!

I haven't done much organising today, been reviewing most of the day, having a break form all the decorating and jobs round the house. Hope everyone is having a nice day, the snow is slowly melting here and keeps falling off the roof and driving the dog beserk cos she thinks someone is outside lol:rotfl: The roads and pavements are still bad though so will be glad to get in this afternoon and put my feet up:rolleyes: after picking the kids up.

I have managed to sort a box out for my cousions 21 pressies for her 21st, using a hat box type thing that I got some sanctuary goodies in a xmas, I have some gold tissue paper that I will wrap everything in so that will go nice as the box is orange and gold.

    Xmas Saver!
So exicted got my LLoyds box of goodies today, like christmas again, the best deal was the boys racing set £18.oo reduced to £4.50 it is fab, so plzed I got 2, (cousins biy, and friends boy), can not complain or maon about anything (must be good for me).

The travel clocks are fab, mum claimed the ladies one for mothers day, so that meant dad had to have the mens one....... they look so much more expensive.

In honeslty I wouldn't of paid the proper price for some of the items, but upto 75% off, or even the 50% off are brilliant.

Our lovely next door neighbours (that may so daft but it was a sentence I never thought I would say again), they moved in about March last yr, there expecting again, (bit complicated - they've both got girls aged 11 from 1st marriages - hers is with them, his is with ex wife in Scotland), they've got a 3 yr old girl shes a little sweetie and a boy who 2 but has a wack of disabilities, and the new baby due May.
Its sort of a family tradation to buy for the other children as well as th ebaby so they don't feel left out.

    Got -
11 yr old girl - Playboy organiser (£2 - from Home Bargains)
3 yr old girl - Make your own tiara and wand set (75p instead of £3 - LLoyds)
boy - Matey bubble bath + Bob the builder shower cap (both £1.50 from Home Bargains)

baby - got pck 3 body suits £1.50 then allocated £5.00 for wool to knit cardis with. xx

Hi Helen, - (apologies - ur get use to me babbling on!!) welcome aboard xx
xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx

I sat on the computer looking at this site for about two hours. I had to go to bed in the end so I wouldn't order anything!!!

God - it's cheap. I know where I'm going to be buying from in future forget Hobbycraft!!!

I bought a kit today from WHSmith an inventors kit reduced from £10 to £2.

Everywhere I went today people were clearing shelves of sale stuff.

Oh, while I remember - there's a 50% off clothes sale at Sainsbury's - got some nice stuff too at the one I went to. I bought a jumper and a top. Jumper wasn't reduced but top was. :D

Also bought Elysia a book reduced from £10 to £2.99. See - the trouble with me is I can't seem to stop spending...Thank goodness it's her birthday on Monday!!! Trouble is, i've got to wrap everything now!
