You're quite right - a stopend. I saw what I expected to see - oops!
So CH is correct there must be another filling loop somewhere.
This isn't a combi Clas as post 1 suggests - its a system boiler! No DHW out connection!
OP have you got an unvented cylinder somewhere?

Update on my situation none the less:
Man came out this morning to look at it, turns out there is another filling loop which they've found and hence warmth has been restored to my house
Simple to those in the know am sure, but me, I'd rather stick to looking at numbers :cool:
