This isn't a combi Clas as post 1 suggests - its a system boiler! No DHW out connection!

Update on my situation none the less:
Man came out this morning to look at it, turns out there is another filling loop which they've found and hence warmth has been restored to my house

Simple to those in the know am sure, but me, I'd rather stick to looking at numbers :cool:

Partially my fault. I saw what I expected to see vis-a-vis the feed connection rather than what was there. So where have they installed the second loop? Just for interests sake.

Its always easier looking at a problem smack in the face rather than remotely unfortunately.
