O2 charged me £350 for internet charges.

Seems hugely unfair to make you wait 4 weeks, They will have guidelines for responding to disputes of this nature and i would say that 4 weeks is excessive whether its christmas or not, I wouldn`t accept that as acceptable and to not be able to use your phone is for the entire time is poor service too.
I`d contact the high level complaints dept, either by email or sending it by registered post (again its christmas so email would be better), outline your issue and state you are giving them time to respond before escalating your issue to Ofcom0 -
They're taking the mick. The network investigation team have a turn around of about 24 hours for o2.Work like you don't need money,Love like you've never been hurt,And dance like no one's watchingSave the cheerleader, save the world!0

I spoke to the carphone warehouse and was advised that I was charged £200 for Internet usage in just one day. I don't have a clue what did they charge me for and neither do they have information about it. When I spoke to the carphone warehouse people and they told me that my Internet bundle will be up from the 26th, I was not advised to use a monthly add-on bolt for £7.50 .
If I spoke to O2 how much do you think they will reduce and what can I say to make my side stronger. Regretting the day I got my phone. My outgoing calls are also blocked now.
not very technical minded, but is your security locked ? I believe people can get your phone to ring expensive numbers if it isnt....just a thought"Do not let what you can't do interfere with what you can do."0 -
what do u mean exactlyiwanttosave wrote: »The network investigation team have a turn around of about 24 hours for o2.0 -
Hi Natash, what do u mean exactly
What iwantosave means is that once asked it only takes about 24 hours for the team to look at it ....not the 4 weeks that CPW are claiming !!!
Out of interest why the 26th before the bundle is activated is that when your new contract starts by any chance ?It's not just about the money0 -
She can`t keep her number unless she pays up the contract, which seeing as it`s just been upgraded would prove expensive. Plus it`s not going to solve the current problem.
Call again, state 4 weeks is unacceptable and you want the investigation completing within 1 week (it`s christmas, timescales go out the window slightly), whether it`s christmas or not, if not then you will escalate to Ofcom, and you want you phone unbarred and able to be used. Stress that you are prepared to go to Ofcom if they don`t get their !!!! in gear.0 -
After speaking to numerous agents for the past few days, i finally managed to speak with one person who was able to figure out the problem. She told me that I should never have been sold a palm-pre in the first place and that O2 should be selling them and not e2save. They were never authorised to sell me the deal in the first place. The sim was incompatible which does not cover the palm-pre internal Internet connections. They are now cancelling my contract and have advised me to go directly to O2. I have to send the palm-pre back to them and buy a new contract. My charges will be waived off finally.
so a happy Christmas for me after all:j .Thanks to everyone who has tried to help:T.0 -
