another £1 added for me. i always find jan feb and dec very hard for money saving but will carry on trying to put one in every day if i miss a few i will make it up latter. hopefuly wont be too much though.

Very new newbie here (not new to MSE, just to the challenges on this forum)....but I have been looking through the challenges and would love to join this one (albeit a little late).

I have just sold an item on ebay for £20 + P&P, so after fees for ebay and paypal will definitely be able to 'catch up' by putting away £15.

Hi Everyone,

The end of a very hard week both workwise and saving wise. Have managed to save a bit more than expected thus far and am pleased to say just counted tin and ahead of the game. Have decided that at the end of this challenge whatever I have got will go towards a home cinema system for the family to get in the New Year 2011 sales.

Will be great to know that a small £1 a day has gone to aid such a nice purchase for the benefit of the family.:j
