I think its best you dont use the site because no one has any feedback on them. Theres loads of other mobile sites you could use and at least expect to be reliable.

I have just read on another forum that someone knows of at least 7 people who have had successful payments. I am still awaiting my envelope and welcome pack. I filled in the form last Tuesday! how long did your take to come?

Thanks for the link to that site i have just found that i can get £29.95 for her samsung e800 and i was only going to sell it for £20 so if it is legit that will be a bonus please keep me posted on your progress.

Apperently there is a barcode on the freepost envelope so you don't have to send any paperwork
