me too for this challenge. I want to set my total at £100, but that will include underwear, shoes & tights for work (I usually buy thick tights that seem to last). My uniforms are provided so don't need to provide any work clothes. I have a cupboard full of shoes, & so many clothes so I should have enough to last me the year.Total debt £13318  paid £5660 Left to pay £7658 57%

I think i'll join this challenge! Im really bad for buying a new outfit everytime i go out, but seeing as im doing the 10 in 10 challenge i wont be going out! ;-)
plus, i want to lose weight and feel comfortable in the many clothes i already have, rather than making myself feel better by buying a new outfit and feeling fat pants! :-)
Count me in OP!I have learnt from my in-debt days....never again!0 -

Hey Lula, great to see the challenge returning for another year! I did very well indeed in 2009 (as you can see from my sig!)
DH and I are working our way to being debt free so any challenge going I'm up for it, so add me to the list please!
I really should be able to manage it again as I've asked for some clothes for Xmas and I'm sure my SIL will have her annual wardrobe clearout too!

Hey Lula,
Hi everybody.
Can I join your challenge for 2010 please?
I continued to do the challenge in 2009 and whilst I may not have posted very often just being a part of the challenge helped me to focus.
It's good to see you're doing the challenge again 2010, well done you.
Toodles
Edit: Just adding that I'm going to do the same as Learn2Cope and only purchase from charity shops, and at this moment in time I only foresee myself needing (not wanting) a pair of jeans. And maybe a top to go with the skirt I got last year. Fingers crossed.0 -
Hi everyone
Please can I join in too...£100 for me
Ive been losing weight the last few months but discovered ebay a few months back after paying £35 for some next jeans 6 mths ago.... then when I needed the smaller size I got the same item on ebay for £3! so Im a convert to charity shops and ebay now : ) so hoping to make this challenge.
Look forward to this challenge as hard as it will be - although Im glad bags and shoes arent included in the £100!

Hi , can you add me to this challenge please, i need to cut back big time and sort out my debt. My uniform is provided and we just got given a lovely warm winter coat too. My work shoes need to be robust but i have 2 pair that I haven't had out of the boxes yet from a spending spree earlier this year. I have loads of clothes for all seasons and styles and am not planning to go away.
Put me down for £100 to include undies, ta

I'd have done it sooner but Buffy fainted on me, & I forgot my good intentions, honest ....:o
Can you 'allow' me £150? since losing 19 lbs this year several major casual items are too big ...I'm getting used to wandering around in a bobble hat & bathing costume, but the neighbours are complainingI can cook and sew, make flowers grow.0 -
Hi All
I'd love to sign up to this one please, I've lost three dress sizes (four on bottoms) this year, hoping to do the same next, so I'm going to aim for £150 if thats ok, otherwise I'll be holding up my clothes with safety pins (though that does mean plenty to ebay once they're too big).
Good luck allDebt free 11/05/11!

Hi everyone. Please can i join to? £100 for me please.
In my spending days, i purchased loads of clothes, many still with tags on now (2 years later!) which are all cluttering up my wardrobe so im going to go shopping in my own wardrobe from now on. My £100 will mainly be for work clothes i think.
Thankyou!Turn £100 in to £10,000...£0/£10,000
