My husband ordered me a pair of boots last Christmas (2008) but the shop couldn't get them in and the order was cancelled. It was sad but I got over it. Early December (2009) I was coming home through the snow and as I got to our front door there was a parcel leaning against it - it was my boots, and a letter from Santa apologising for the delay and promising to make up for it :)

He's also been known to sneak into the bathroom while I'm in the shower and write a little love note in the steam on the mirror.

My BF is such a cutie, we've only been going out for about 9 months but I've gotten flowers a couple of times, just because. When Ive done a night shift he wont let me cook or move, he does it all. He picks me up all the time and drops me off. Insists we have a date night every month. He makes sure Im always warm enough, runs me baths, tears up if i even so much as burn my finger because he cant bare to see me in pain.

The best one was when I first visited him at his flat he had bought me every food or drink item I had mentioned in the last month incase I wanted anything?
    Hes a keeper!

    I can't believe I forgot one!

He's always doing sudokus, but he always leaves the number 9s for me to fill in.

    Awwww...sweet!

In our early courting days hubby once sent me a packet of gift-wrapped garibaldi biscuits through the post because I once mentioned I liked them.

I never told him they were smashed to smithereens when they arrived - I had to put them in a big bowl and spoon the crumbs out of the packaging to scoff them.

My hubby lies on my side of the bed while I clean my teeth at night, so it's warm when I get in :o

    Most romantic thing he did:

Waited till I fell asleep one night (about 2am) got out of bed and went and bought me the last harry potter book (on day of release). He knew I didnt have time to get it on release date as I had so much on, but I woke up to find it on his pillow :)

    Most romantic I've done:

He went to Oz for the month to watch the ashes, and I told him Id meet him at Plymouth airport. Instead I bought an overnight coach ticket to heathrow and was there with a sign waiting for him at the arrival gate. Was then also booked on his flight back to Plymouth :)
