Haven't upgraded my pc currently running
64X2 Dual Core 4800+ running at 2.45Ghz not overclocked cba with that aswell.
4GB ram. Radeon X1900 Series 512MB
And some asus motherboard A8N32-SLI-Deluxe cost me around £100 when i got. And western digital hard drives (only because i never hear them screetch) Like other when i use to buy maxtor waste of money them to.
So my system is more than capable of running any OS.
Out of sadness i sat and installed windows 7 ultimate and has 41 processes running.

way better than vista though. vista seems like another ME disaster.
im glad i missed it completely.
If you've not used it yet how could you possibly be in any position to comment on how good, or bad, it is? Windows 7 is based on vista the only difference is that software developers have now had a few years to get the hang of the new way that it works and so aren't up in arms over the changes, if you learn how to use vista it's head and solders above XP, hence microsoft sticking with the format despite the negatives raised by the industry. If you have vista you should think hard about upgrading, as a student I got it for <£30 so it was a no brainer but unless you really want the new features there really is little difference.0 -
There's no way Vista was as bad as ME. I had a computer with ME is was an abortion.0
