Now I have being ripped off here and would like to know how I can go about getting a full refund or get the money back and pay £109.00 on the receipt it states credit notes only.
You haven't been ripped off. You were offered goods at a certain price, and you freely accepted.Any advice would be great
In future, look for the best price before you go shopping, not after.0 -

I wasn’t looking for the price thank you. I was looking at the specs and some more info into the Bluetooth aspect, yes in hind side I should of looked before but no need for the snarky obvious comment.0 -

I'm not being snarky - they're just the facts. Nobody ripped you off, and you should look for the best price next time.0 -

As the company says "credit notes only" then they'll probably be happy to give you a credit note if you return the stereo in unopened condition, if you have opened it then you'll probably get nothing. They offered an item at a price and you accepted, deal done I'm afraid, you've got no right to a refund or the difference, you may be entitled to a credit note if you meet their conditions.
Be a little wiser next time... if you "weren't looking for the cheapest price thank you" then maybe you should have been, or if not then you shouldn't care that you paid extra.0 -
Personally i would say speak to your local C.A.B office. Citizens Advice Bureau, or speak to the trading standards agency.
The salesman already knew it was cheaper on their website, as you said LOCAL STORE, wouldn't be suprised if the extra you paid went straight into his pocket as a bonus, I would understand if it where curry's, comets or some other big national.0 -
There is no law against charging different prices, whether online or in a shop the company can charge different prices if they so wish. If the guy said you cant buy it cheaper else where then maybe you may have a case for your money back and or refund of the difference0
