I thought I was being a bit original when I set my target to be debt free by the olympic games in London! Then someone pointed this out to me!
I'd like to join as well, hopefully you can all spur me on to do it!0 -

Hello
Happy weekend everyone.
Glad to report that because a dress I was going to purchase for a new year ball (at a much reduced £50 from £200), looked hideous on me when i tried it on this morning, and due to the fact that Barclaycard are bar stewards and have hiked up their interest rate, I have today paid an additional £50 off my total. Goodbye dress, hello DFW.
2012 is going to be an awesome year. I'll hopefully have a better job, the cards will be gone, and I can finally relax a little bit and start diverting my hard earned towards a house deposit, and not this pooey debt, and I'll hopefully pass my masters. I can't wait.

I hear that Skaps. £450 on rent and bills, £500 on one cc £100 on the other and £200 on the loan, leaving me with a grand total of about £30 all to myself, I'm going to feel so rich when this is over

Hello everyone, it was payday last week, so I'd like to update my totals. This month I've paid off another £712.36 which brings my total so far to £1,424.72
I haven't paid off as much as I'd like, as we've had an expensive couple of months with a 21st and a 100th birthday recently and a graduation and 18th birthday to come next month
I really need to pull my finger out and do some ebaying, so my challenge for this month is to raise an extra £200 and declutter at the same time!
Keep up the good work everyone xTotal debt at LBM £26k+Total debt now £16,494.40Tesco CC 11/2/11 Total - £1,387.20 - Now £00 -

Welcome to the new challengers and well done everyone.
