Hurrah! I can finally update now my barclaycard statement has come online!

Starting debt = £14,278.24
Currently owe = £10,657.69

I dont know how much I've paid off this month but that should help Dragon update my total.

I'm currently moving from desktop PC to laptop so everythings in a bit of a muddle?!?!? :rotfl:

Sorry, been bad at updating recently (been trying to have a break from thinking about debt as I thought my head was about to explode:eek:), but I'm back on the straight and narrow now, and determined to do this by the Olympics.

Dragon, can you add another £703.99 to my payments, please. Have paid a bit more, but waiting for interest to go back on!

Current debt is now as on signature (personal loan). I paid off £600 on one of my my credit cards and cut it up two days ago:j, and i think its the best thing i've done this summer:).

My plan is to raise enough money within the coming year or so and keep it in an interest earning account and pay off the lumpsum to the loan account before 2012, I recently found out that this is a front loaded loan:( so paying off early with my some of my savings will not save me any interest.

Hello Everyone,

I am really excited about this update. :j I have received my renewal award from tax credits and I have paid £1872.60 off my debt. My total paid is now £4966.94 and I make my percentage 28.1%.

Not receiving my tax credits has really paid off, even though some months I struggled to buy food!! Still, we got through it and by this time next year my tax credit debt should be completely cleared, as I've opted not to receive any this year either.

Well done everyone on the payments.

I have paid £786 today, so total is £4886 =
24.43% !!

Good news is that I'm expecting approx £6948ish pound back in PPI within the week so will be paying most of this off debt. Then i will be over half way there!! :T
