Another big payment coming up - Friday is OH's payday! It should mean a CC paid off and put to rest! It will take time though as I have to transfer it to the US. :( Paying things off is getting addictive!

I got my £19 refund in the bank from M&S today, so straight off a CC it went.

  • Hello Dragon,
Have finally been paid and direct debits have gone out.
I have paid off £804.90 from my debt!!

Again many thanks for your efforts Dragon and keep up the good work everyone.
  • Just wanted to add that its been a terrible month for me, had a weekend break in Germany and bought a PS3 (so that I spend more time at home and not out spending money!)

Am hoping to make a greater payment next month, wish me luck and can I say its great to read about everyone's paybacks! Keep it up
  • I looked at my snowball (again:o) and decided it would be nice to round the figures down to the nearest £5 – just to make things easy. So I made several online transfers from my bank account and that resulted in an extra £33 off my debt today. I’ve decided that whenever I make payments I will always pay the odd pounds/pence to make sure I leave a nice round balance down to the nearest £5. It makes counting the debt balance easier and it leaves me with a nice feeling that those little extra bits are making a difference. Unfortunately I can’t round the whole debt as I can’t make extra payments to the Northern Rock loan – hey ho, there’s always something to thwart me;)

So Dragon, can you mark me with a further £33 off my total please:j
