The SA passed comment to the one next to her that a woman 'dumped' a load of cosmetics on her till after finding out that they had been put back up to £1 from 25p an item. So it seems its broad span across the store.

Strange, who would want to buy last years Christmas stock for full price in February?

There were signs up in my local boots at the weekend saying the sale ended Sunday. Don't understand why they wouldn't want to sell of stuff chocs and stuff at 90% to get rid? Oh well, it's not like we're missing out on a hatbox for a fiver!!
If my words are missing letters then please excuse me....my keyboard is a tad dodgy!!

Shame it's finished. I got 2 make up bags with buffer & shower gel for £1.25 on Sat, but real bargain was Philips Epilady at 75% off - £14.86 :T. Nearly bought it full price before Xmas :D

Ah well, roll on Jan 2011 ;)

Wow, that's just amazing. My local still had tons of the little bubbles and truffles sets -- who would pay 5 quid for that? And I wouldn't think they'd want to hold that until next Christmas. Boots is really screwy!
