Wow Mags30, out of the haul you got there I don't think there is one thing that was available in my Boots, nor in any that I've looked in besides!!! Looks like you got some great stuff! What is that gingerbread man type thing??

I was at Boots, Glasgow fort today and they had loads of the following four clearance products:

Not sure if it is nationwide but worth a look.

well am dissapointed....have spent all week argueing with the belgian chocolates(open or leave alone!!),that were £10 and i got for £2.50 in the sale....opened them and they are horrific!!they taste like cheap pounstretcher chocolate!!i cant believe i wasted so many calories trying about 7 of them!!!urgh urgh urgh..dont know where Boots got the £10 OP from...but they are not even worth the £2.50 i paid.

Sorry chick, but no luck at the 2 boots I tried today for you for socks just had the travel set and mug which you already have..... I will look in the one near my work when I go on Monday just incase but very slim chance I think.... perhaps others reading this thread can look out for you????

They took 90% off the 75% sale price, so a £40 item, that was £10 in the 75% sale, went through at £1!!!!!!!! :rotfl:

They corrected it within about 10 minutes, but those off us who were there when the store opened, managed to get a few fantastic deals, but there just doesn't seem to be the same amount of stock about this year.

My friend went to Beckton this week, and said it looked like they had last year's stuff still there!

Stourbridge store in the West Mids has some of those big choc slabs left plus lots of wrapping paper and 2010 add your photo calenders left.

Since so many on here got or wanted hatboxes, I thought I'd mention that S&G must've gotten a lot of negative feedback from people who couldn't find one -- here's what they said in their January email:

"P.S. We are really sorry if you didn’t get one of those
Big Thrill Hat Boxes. We will make more next year. And can we just agree to be friends and leave it at that? We feel horrible that some people didn’t find them, but they’re gone, and it’s time to move on."

The good news is it looks like they will be back next Christmas!

All the xmas wrap is 25p in our Boots, including the packs thats have 4 rolls and bows and ribbon etc. I got LOADS today!!!!

The little extracts boxes ( cranberry ) were still in Speke at £1.20, I reckon that made them 80% off? Still some wrapping paper, long tins of biscuits, Star trek gift sets and mugs and ITNG wooden toys. In clearance there were quite a few travel sets e.g eye mask and pillow, water bottle and spray, document wallet and luggage strap.
