I was in a panic about christmas,first christmas as a single parent with 3 children,how on earth was i going to manage to give them a good christmas?joining MSE for me was like finding my fairy godmother.i think we will have a better christmas than we ever had.thanks to everyone thats helped us all find the bargains and i cant wait to start for next year now.0

awww, i'm really glad i posted now, was a bit hesitant incase i got 'dont' for it not being a grabbit, but its lovely to see its not just me that this board has made a difference to!
I know, as a single mumespecially, its soooo satisfying looking at your child/children on christmas day opening everything they want and knowing that you provided it, and managed to do it on your own. Its that feeling, that i will always be grateful to everyone on here for, cos my DS is going to be absolutely gobsmacked when he sees what 'santa' has brought for him xx0 -
