seriously, you have no concept of the level of items RM deliver
as i have said we have packet deliveries going out for 13 hours 6 days a week
thats 5 drivers per postcode area.
plus all the walk posties doing the normal deliveries plus packets
so you want all of those brought out again the next day? what about the ones that are due for delivery that day?
if you think your delivery office is miles away now, wait till the 'super' delivery offices are brought in

Considering I was IN at the time and it is the posties job to deliver the Mail (in case they have forgotten ) yes I WOULD like to see an effort made of re- delivery. Why the hell should I have to do a 14 mile round trip for something that should be delivered BY THEM ?

ah so just for you that you expect a next day redeliver as spec, you spoke in general terms
as for being in,then complain however EVERY (since you like capitals) day i hear people insude their houses yet they dont answer their doors
people next door come out as they hear me knocking and think its them
then theres the people who think we have transporters meaning we dont actually need to get into tenement stairs to deliver a package
  • i have just had a royal mail delivery, yes on a sunday.posties are obviously working overtime. when i heard the hammering at the front door,(nobody would normally come to my door on a sunday morning, they know better lol) i was very shocked to see a postie,oh i said on a sunday, tell me about he said running back down my path.so thanks royal mail i appreciate your service.
  • wee update

no package came, sent oh to sorting office- no idea where the package is, sorry, took the delivery slip from him. After waiting 1 hour 20 minutes in the line

Phoned through to customer service, who say the parcel is showing as at Norwich Sorting office...very confused now! Apparently manager is going to ring me this afternoon.

    Hopefully it will turn up!
