Well, I certainly know more than you and don't give such misleading advice! I suppose you would describe that as "whinging" since it contradicts your "expert" armchair recommendations. It seems you're the "bitter" one!0

Yeah you know more than me - congratulations - now pat yourself on the back! I think you know more than me. I think you know more than anyone else aliive or dead! You know more than mere mortals!0 -

You are always keen to offer advice even when you don't fully know what you're talking about. I stick to the things I DO know about - through direct and substantial personal experience. I am quite certain that is far more useful to all posters who aren't here merely to appear to offer "helpful" and knowledgeable information.
It works both ways pal ! there has been a "whitch hunt" since mobiles made that grand gesture to me . . . . but remember they fekked that up, and I'm still out of pocket having to pay to collect it . Add that to the contiual empy promises from Ben..... I AM STILL WAITING for the thing BEN was sending me FOR HAVING TO PAY FOR A GOODWILL GESTURE ! .... no sign of it and I know it won't be coming. It is just the way this company seems to work .... they dont !
People are bitter and twisted for a reason and surly that is what this place is for, to warn everyone else what "might" happen when they click "buy" ?
Edit : I grabbed the wrong quote . . . sorry no time to fix it now I have to go out to my night shift to pay for a mobile phone ! .... so go figure ;-)0 -
I expect the "thing" may turn up eventually - they are as slow as snails to pay anything normally despite their statements on here and on their website, in their t&c etc.
As for my own expertise, I can say that (excluding many other things) I have enjoyed a (net) profit of almost £2k in the last 3 and a bit years on my own mobile (cashback) contracts (about 25 of them). This excludes the fact that my expenditure on my landline is usually zero, I have a fleet of excellent phones (all bar one are unlocked) and have made additional amounts from PAYT sims etc. I also tend to comment on dealers I have experience of (usually substantial) and give praise where it is due - and criticism and warnings where it definitely is not. I don't take a simplistic view or tell people that all they need to do to get their cashback is to be "organised" as a few amateurs do on here (presumably based on a limited experience since they tend to take a strong stance on dealers they haven't even used in some cases).
I do know that I have also helped a fair few privately who have got into difficulty and helped others avoid the numerous traps set by dealers. However, some others seem intent on defending dishonest dealers (like this one) no matter what and enjoy attacking me (and others who also have direct experience of these dealers) for some strange reason. Fortunately, naivity and false statements from reps on here don't go unchallenged - and as long as that helps people who don't have the knowledge or experience to avoid the pitfalls I am happy to be accused of being "bitter" etc by those who wish to make a crusade against me (and others!). It says far more about them than me!0 -
