Hey all!
Feeling happy again, and it's my 19th todaylol. Got lots of lovely vouchers which I've decided i'm NOT going to save for xmas presents, instead i'm going to go shopping tomorro and treat myself! And i've still got my presents from my mum to come later and my grandma
! Feeling very spoilt, both me and OH have got the day off, and he woke me up with a sausage and egg sandwich and a glass of bucks fizz lol!
Only one kind of money saving thing to report (I so could not be bothered with boots!) I complained to hotel chocolat about a box of chocolates that I was bought for christmas, that had cost about £80 (WHATTT???!) and when I opened it all of the chocolates were smashed up. Dont get me wrong, they were all still edible and tasted yummy, but for that price you expect for them to look pretty toolol, and I've just recieved an email saying that they are sending me another box! Woooo! Now I know I should save them and give them as a present, but after the last week being so poo im not going to!!! LOL.
Hope everyone is doing well and making more money than I am! xxxx
Belated Happy Birthday wishes, breakie in bed sounds fab.... £80 for chocs..... def keep the new box and have an extra treat xxxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
Had a very productive day, hit Boots, his lordship (daddy darling!!), started moaning after I'd filled one blue bag up, he wasn't speaking to me by the time we'd finished... I got 6 bags full.
Spent £155 and didn't cost me a penny..... Had £100 from survey vouchers, - loaded them on to a Boots cards, then used the £55 Boots vouchers.....
In all honestly I lost track of what I was putting in...
It was a bit of a hit and miss with stock, seemed to be more mens stuff this time,
Lot of star strek sets, (didn't get any), the sets of 4 mini aftershaves (got a few of them) and was a good selecetion of !!!! stuff, grabbed them, allocate again.
Ladies-
There was a fair selection, but down to the last few bits.
Got 3 of the gardening toilettrie sets - lavender, rose, magonila (do for older relatives) £2.50 instead of £10
Some Fresh stuff - in the pink toilettrie bags £1.50 instead of £5
Stacker make-up £1.25 instead of £5
Make UpBrush sets - £2 instead of £8
Got dd the Hannah Montana umberalla £4 /£16 - who would pay £16 in the 1st place
Some of bucks fizz - going in baby basjets
Treated myself to Shrewsbury biscuits, Cranberry + Orange, Gaymers cider (drink the cider - replace 2 bottles nearer xmas), small box of belguim chocs.
Thou compared to last yr I found a better choice of womans stuff, but I guess each shop differently, and when I thought was £155 would of been over £600... and didn't pay a penny......
xxxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
Well done mum2one!
Mine was £93 and should have been over £400 (wouldn't have paid that mind you!). took Dad to guard the bags too, an excellent addition to our marvellous day i think, no bashing into people!
Happy Birthday hlcarrol!!

woo woo bootsers...I spent about 60-70 pounds but the savings are massvie...hee hee everyone will think i'm being really generous this year. My fave buys were the miss sixty perfume sets - they were 15 but rang through at 2.25ish for some reason, so even better-I got 4 of them
going to transfer the rest of my topcashback cash to cover what i've spent:D:D
ha ha mum2one I got a box of those chocolates for myself too to eat when I got home - why not eh for 1.50? remember to save the box and re use as it's dead cute and just have to take the tag off it.:D:D:D0
