Ooh rufus you'll have to send me a picture again if you do. The last Friday of every month is the showcase of the month, where readers send in their pictures of their makes that they have seen on the blog :) I have scheduled your bag to go live next Friday and I've made the scarf and post holder that I need to take photos of to put on there too :) The storage boxes look fairly straightforward too I think!

Well done for your dooyoo voucher. I'm on about 18000. Going to leave it in there to get to 30000 I think then start again :)

Aw sarah, sorry about your hamster hun xx ((hugs))

I've been a bit quiet lately, lots of family drama, but back on it again now lol and back on with the diet. Got a job interview later, hope I get it so next month can buy new eyeglasses  and visit the dentist

Up to 6450 points on dooyoo, really pleased that so many people rate them as 'very useful', but noticed a couple of people keep coming on and reviewing everything I do as just 'useful' or 'somewhat useful' so I'm not returning their reviews :undecided. Anyone else do that?

Got a table on ebay for £15, 8 watchers and a couple of end-the-auction early emails, so hopeful for at least £15!
  • Hi everyone, managed to get to the £50.00 mark on Dooyoo finally. Although that money has now been allocated to buying a new digital camera, as I dropped mine whilst trying to take pictures of things to ebay. The irony!

Hopefully the next challenge will set me back ono money neutral grounds for the christmas 2010 presents I bought from the Boots an M&S sales

Everyone has done brilliantly so well done all of you.

Sorry to hear about your hamster loss Sarah, may he rest in peace.

Sorry to hear about your hamster sarah :(.
Got my box of chocolates today, forgot how yummy they are, and how huge it is! I wanted to keep the last box as its a really good quality box, and see what I could do with it, but OH threw it away, so I have warned him that if this gets thrown away, he will be thrown out LOL xxx

Your doing brilliantly with the copper pot challenge..... xx

I empty my purse out eveytime I get back from shopping and I do toast for the children at my son's school in the mornings and sometimes they pay with 2p's so I swap them for a 20p when I can and put them in my pot lol.

I have got one of those pots that add up as you put the coin in :) got it for xmas :)

I have been saving copers for years (habit started when I was a single mum to save for the kids lol).

Im not much of a saver but I find I can do this.

This pot is for our sun holiday spending money in May.

Useful is still a good rate but not if they are doing it all the time for the sake of it. Peoples opinions differ. Some people won't rate it VU unless it was a product or service relevant to them. However most people rate based on how good the review is not whether it is for them. The other thing to watch for is revenge raters. I rate some one SU if there is obviously not much effort and full of description. If I find something NU I tend not to rate.
Obviously it's up to you but just because someone rates your review useful doesn't mean they think it's bad some people are just harder to please than others.
At the end of the day (ramble ramble ramble) do what you feel is right but some users won't rate you if you have a significant amount of rates received to rates given.
Hope this is of some use, keep your chin up, you still get your points whatever your rates so it isn't that important anyway.:)

Just checked my ebay stuff and one item already has a watcher, yippee :)
I've not sold on ebay for ages and I'd forgotten how exciting it is when you get a watcher or a bidder!

    That's the best bit Nicky!

Sorry about your hamster Sarah. Sending you a hug.

Have done two surveys today and managed to complete both (for the first time in absolutely ages). Just need one survey to clear and then can get my first £10 from valued opinions. Woo Hoo.

Have been out today with OH. Managed not to spend anything.

Need to update signature as Dooyoo upto £18.69 so another two reviews and i'll be there.
