Hi jamtart and everyone...I would love to join in this year...been lurking lots.
I am ellemm and have joined other challenges this year on the boards and plan more for next year.
I have been doing surveys, cashback, daily clicks and so on for a couple of years and know just how much this can earn (much of my Christmas present buying has been funded by vouchers this year)
Also have been so organised buying throughout the year for the first time :T
See you all in January x0 -
Hi everyone, I am Rufusdog after my dog I lost this year. This will be my third year on this thread. I love doing Daily Clicks and Surveys to help earn extra money to pay for my gifts etc throughout the year. Joined Dooyoo nearer the end of the year and will make a big start back on there after Xmas.
Have already got £30 in Amazon vouchers towards next years pot which I will probably save up for OH's birthday.
All my presents and cards for the whole year of 2009 were bought (or handmade) using money from my Money Neutral pot so big thank you to the lovely Jammy for her help and everyone else who uses the thread.
Welcome to all the newbies too and good luck to everyone for 2010.

I hope to be Thrifty by doing the following : ebaying bits over the year we no longer use or need, Daily clicks, DooYoo, BingoPort, Boots points, Use Topcashback for all my online purchases, buying in the sales to put away for birthdays / christmas and any other ideas i can learn from this thread.
I too like Ragz and am a list addict and love being organised. This year thanks to Mum2One and all the gals on the Santa Challenge thread i have been organised for Christmas this year so am hoping next year i can also be more organised with making it a more netural spending Christmas too :beer:Member of Thrifty Gifty ~ Making money for Christmas 2010:£2 Savers club member no 40 ~ £54Amazon Vouchers BingoPort ~ £10Dooyoo Challenge Jan ~ £24.07 / £20.00 Yippee over target :j0 -
Hi everyone,
I'm Nicky
I'm so excited about having a full year to earn and save money. I only found the 2009 thread at the end of August so didn't have that long to earn or save, but it has still helped so much this year!
This year I would like to make money for birthday as well as for Christmas. I plan on keeping a better total this year so I can see exactly how much I've saved, as that's so much fun :T
I am a dooyoo addict. I've taken a break from reviewing for the last few weeks as I've been so busy, but I can't wait to get back to it in the new year. I even had a dream about dooyoo last week! :rotfl:
I also plan on listing lots of things on Ebay at the start of next year. I have an attic full of stuff that I have barely looked at for the last few years. I will hopefully be moving next year (if I can only sell my house!) so the less clutter I have the better.
So excited about starting a fresh year of money making!Making money for Christmas 2012!0 -
A big hi from me, I'm mum2one, have a gorgeous (ok I'm biased) dd whos 7 going on 18 and after going to Tunisia, it was her 1st foreign holiday, as now decided she will only go a minimum of 4 star all inclusive and 1st class if its long haul! (Now where did they put that money tree). My dd was once asked what mummy does..... she replied "she complains professionally!"....I'm not that bad, honestly.
Joking aside my mum had a mini stroke in April and my dd recognised the symptoms, run and got a neighbour and dialed 999 then passed the call to me.
I'm looking for tall, dark, handsome male.... opps wrong thread!!
I look after the Santa thread (sister thread to this), Jamtart helps u save, we help you spend, its not just Christmas, anything and everything goes! Our 2010 thread goes live New Years day, but pop by say hi, and join the Santas Challenge,... if my dd has helped, ur be cleaning and tidying freezers!!
I love bargains, highly addicted to Halfcost website, love collecting all my loyalty points, have been highly addicted to Boots "offer of the week" (with a couple of exceptions) a big thank-you to Jamtart, as I came across the money saving about 2 yrs ago, and have been money neutral, earned vouchers, had gifts from review companies, my friends 40th bday prezzie was Ipod shuffle, courtesty from Qype when they did an offer, my xmas wines, courtesy of Virgin Wines, again a Qype voucher... their a bit tight now.
I love my survey sites, and can usually be found on the internet, thou meant to be doing Open Uni but a girl has to have a break.
I try to have a champagne lifestyle on a lemonade budget... xx
xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -

Hi everyone
My name's Stokegal and I'm an absolute Christmas Nut!!! All my mates thought I was mad for completing the majority of my Christmas Shopping by October but as they rush around in the cold now, I'm sat smugly at home with a pile of neatly wrapped presents up in the attic.
I have a DS who will be the big 1 in January so this will be his first christmas :T and I have a total of 13 other family members to get for so I'll be interested in making as money neutral as possible - I have approx £110 on my boots card and I'm addicted Quidco and have made over £500 on there in 2 and a half years so this year I may opt out of having the money sent each month and let it build it up, but my new years resolution is to complete more surveys and enter more competitions, even though I have never won anything before in my life!!!
Will definately be subscribing to this thread and can't wait to see how everyone gets along.

Hi Folks,

Signed up to organised for xmas 09 in july i think, didn't really stick to it as planned and will yet again be doing 98% of our crimbo shopping on Wed/Thurs when we get paid - not good!
So one of my many resolutions for 2010 is to be thrifty and organised this coming year!
Managed to stop smoking on my birthday 1mth 2w and 6d's ago ( not that i'm counting) so will have extra pennies for next year too
Do most of the survey sites - they paid for my wii fit this year already have some credit in Lightspeed, shopnscan etc towards next year so good start.
Looking forward to getting to know you all better over the next year!
