I haven't had my £118 refund from the hotel stay. I like the idea of a RE :j rota.

Sorry but that sounds like you were only given the card machine receipt.

I usually ask for VAT receipt as it makes it sound like you need one for work.

Been out sliding around on the roads again this morning and did another three ESA's and three audits for another company.

I got stuck in Sacriston (rural Durham village) as the snow is much deeper there. I had a shovel with me and dug out the snow around my wheels but still couldn't get going. A man was passing and he tried pushing me but still nothing. He said he had some carpet offcuts at home to put under the wheels, so he fetched those and another man helped with the pushing and they managed to get me away. What a nice man :cool:

True but all last year I only ever got 2. I object strongly to their agism policy. Why can they not list age limits on the site. Instead of wondering for ever why no woman's figure shop comes up. I am half expecting them to try to get me to go purchase incontinence knickers.

A When I entered the shop the MOS immediately set up the loop induction system.

Q Did you receive a friendly parting comment.
A Yes the MOS asked if I could remember where I lived or was my carer picking me up.

HP - thanks for your reply yesterday, I have added a thanks but to one of your later posts.

I have got through to RE and their IT department is working on the problem as we speak. However I still have not seen a new job and how the hell are they making any money when there has been no activity with them since 24th December.

It really is not worth risking a broken bone or two on the ice to complete their jobs.

Got a call from ESA. They have changed the dates on the 3 egg shops I had cancelled, to next Tuesday and re-allocated them to me. Said to call them if I had any problems with any of the other jobs.

Looking at the weather forecasts, I'm still not sure if I'll be able to do them but at least I have more chance now. Anyone else having problems should give them a call.

No mini-skirts today. I don't like the corned beef thigh look

Even had to ditch the heels and have been wearing sensible Caterpillar boots. Wonders will never cease
