Is it worth emailing ESA to ask if theres a contigency plan for the weather - to see if they will be extending the dates?

Good idea. I'll e-mail them and see. Wife was in the local shop yesterday and the shelves were half empty. No deliveries for 2 days. She said it was like a refugee centre. Floors flooded from the snow being trailed in. Even some of the 24/7 bigger supermarkets were closed. Not much point in doing a mystery shop when it's like this.

Maybe as many people as possible should e-mail them?

Ive emailed TNS earlier to see about changing the time of my mystery shop today, just waiting for a reply now - are they usually quite quick at replying?

I have emailed them to ask if they can extend the deadline as I'm still stuck at home

Just had a call about the 2 food jobs with eggs I cancelled yesterday. They've extended the dates until Tuesday.

They also said if cancelling due to weather to phone them first, as they may be able to extend.

There is some interesting stuff on the TNS site - the December news letter in the news sections mentions that they are changing the system to something based on Sassie - would this mean an end to released jobs due to not opening the links quick enough? Also talk of new clients etc...

Thanks for that. I'm not a fan of Sassie though, searching on it is a nightmare as they don't have Bristol or Avon down as a county. Different clients end up under different counties and I end up searching the whole UK which isn't very clear.
