OK, thanks to Jo Mc, I'm into RE. Used www.retaileyes.co.uk , not the Beta site I had bookmarked, and even though I've reset my password about 3 times this morning, tried my old password - and it worked! Bliidy amazing IT department they have. My DH is an IT consultant. Just finished a 2 year contract at News International and is currently looking for something else. I bet he could sort their site out for them!

I cant log into RE at all. tried three different passwords and both versions of the site...

ok the same for me now and ive managed to log in with original password at the non beta version of the site. but not any new jobs!

i had all mine deallocated but was able to get some of them back. also had all of them deallocated last month whilst i was away for the weekend and lost all of them. what i dont understand is the ones i have managed to apply for again and get for this month I have now not been sent workpacks for even though the site states I have had work packs for all of them :rolleyes:

TNS and their snotty emails for not opening work packs - there's no rhyme or reason as to when they put the work packs on, then send you a stroppy email for not opening them within 24 hours of them putting them up.

Haven't been their greatest fan since they verbally promised me extra cash for completing a job at short notice and then refused to pay the extra money after I did the job as they had no record of it - wouldn't have done the job without the extra cash.

Would love to do a snotty reply too, but probably best to ring them up and ask for the jobs back due to their error.

Ask for a new password and click the link they send you.

Having said that, trying to put a job into the new system and am close to tears. It's a *&**(&£%ing &^%&££$^ £$%% 4$$$$ing nightmare.

gawd only knows how bad it would be on dialup.

And after about 3 years, I am apparently 'status = probation'. Nice!

logged out and will retry this evening to finish putting this job in.

Don't sweat it... 7 years for me and my new status is probationary too!

Looks like we've all been set to probationary. All of my job types were unticked, and I have 8 jobs available but can only view 4, Entered half a job in - hope its there when i go back!
