Just spoken to Juliet Turvey at RE. She says that the problems with entering results have been raised as a tech ticket and that we're not to try and enter results (if it isn't working) until later today. She also said that the probationary status will be rectified. And that apparently the whole thing is to quote "a bit eugh".

I already tried clearing my cache but can't log in, so will try this afternoon.

I couldn't get in either -(I have website log-in set up as a bookmark). Searched for site login on google and reset new site as bookmark and all ok now. Same happened to my husband .

I had the Beta site bookmarked, but have tried logging in from www.retaileyes.co.uk abnd still can't get in.

Just called RE about the log-in. They're having some real issues with it and have just "re-booted."

I have said If I can't get in within the hour I will call them back

I have found bug no 3. My payments says ...payments due with 2 dates in Jan £0.00 for both but below that it says 1 payment pending.

Why the heck do they employ in their IT department.
