Can anyone tell me how long ESA take to respond to an application to be a shopper? I applied about a week ago but haven't had a response.

Normally a few days before the shop is due to be completed, however they don't actually tell you if you don't get it, only if you do. The only way you can tell if its been assigned to someone is if it has disappeared from "My applications" on the left hand side.

I am confused about ESA, applied to join and was approved and have completed my bank details, but I keep seeing job alerts from them and I can't see job's on the website, I thought it said somewhere you would be contacted if jobs were available but it sounds from other posts tah tyou should be able to search jobs, am I missing something?

Has anyone had a look at the audits on ESA and had a play with the data entry sheet. I can't get it to open on spreadsheet. I have a restricted excel (as I never really needed it), got it to open but can't enter anything on it. Some cells are coming up with a read only message. Is everyone else getting this? Or is it due to my dodgy excel? May have to consider getting it.
