But it was listed wrongly - it's in Dartford, Kent and was showing up under Essex!

Can I have some sympathy please? Must be 4 months between visits. I did my local one on 11 November and the last date for this wave is............. the 10th of March.

Been and done my eggs this morning, which is handy as it's pancake day next week :j

Anyway, also applied for another type of store which was in the same area as the egg ones but I didn't get that one. It had to be done yesterday or today but whoever they gave it to has just decided they don't want to do it.

ESA just rang and asked if I would do it, but I said I'd just got home from that area. She expected me to drive all the way back this afternoon just to do it, but it's a 30 mile round trip so I said no. Then she wanted me to do it tomorrow, but I'm heading in the other direction and can't fit it in, and I'm at uni on Saturday. She seemed a bit miffed.

It's not the first time this has happened and it's so annoying. I feel really crap saying no, but it's just not worth the time and petrol making a special journey to do it.

I sympathise! I was in a meeting at work when the jobs were loaded. 1) I normally don't have meetings and 2) jobs are rarely loaded in the morning for TNS. Law of Sod! Managed to get 1 job but the 2 I was after got snapped up. Oh well.

Looks like we are not allowed to talk about one of AbA-I's clients online anymore ....specifically mentions no talking on the internet with other potential shoppers.

Although the job spec says 4 months, TNS actually do it by waves, so the 4 months is only a rough estimate. Even when job dates are extended, and the date goes beyond the 4 months from your last visit, you still can't revisit if you have been there in the last however many waves it is. This is a bit of a bu99er to us and to TNS when they are trying to allocate short date visits (apparently, their allocators cannot now override the wave limits).

You know periodically when you have to confirm you've never worked there, etc. It's been added in as one of the yes/no questions there.

Might explain why there are 10 pages of jobs and there hasn't been an alert. :cool:

I noticed that. You have to reapply to shop that company and confirm your details.

Not guilty this time! I'm going to be in Australia so I think i'm going to have a quiet Month in March. I don't mind them all going to you and Squidge
