I gave up in the end as I didn't sign in every day and it ended up being more trouble than it was worth with me missing job because I just assumed there wasn't any. Did you sign in yesterday?
I picked up some of the early thread updates from email notifications but didn't physically "log in". Don't know if that's relevant? It hasn't happened before. Very strange.

If you don't log in it doesn't recognise that you've seen the new update and it won't send you another e-mail until you do log in.

Don't know about Gap. TNS usually send a typed invoice in advance of the payment.
GAP and TNS will both only reimburse you for the amount you spend up to the given limit. If you spend under the limit you also only get back exactly what you spent. If you spend over the limit, you only get the maximum reimbursement specified. Could that be relevant? You can access recently closed jobs through TNS "My visits" but will only be able to see the fee/spend limit, not what you actually spent. Same with GAP if you go into "my assignments".If you can’t beat your computer at chess, try kickboxing.:rotfl:0 -
I think unless you log in to see the updates, then the MSE system does not recognise that you have viewed their most recent alert.
You only receive emails for alerts received since your last log in.
