Just had a half hour phone call with ESA going through a blow by blow account of a dreadful travel agents visit from a while ago. I hate it when the staff query what I say, makes me feel like a liar even though I know I'm not.
This was one of the worst visits that I've done, the staff were verging on rude and quite aggressive initially but they've said that I wasn't interested and wouldn't look at their screens, as well as contradicting half my report. Not nice, leaves a bad taste in your mouth.0 -

PLEASE check that an alert has not already been posted . Lots of us get email notifications when the thread is updated and it's very annoying to log in to find a duplicate post. Especially this near Xmas when I'm busy getting things ready for the big day and don't really have time to be on here.
Don't be so miserable - it's Xmas :beer:Some people create their own storms....then get upset when it rains!0 -

People are only trying to help each other and lets be honest it does not happen that often but I think the fact 3000+ were showing people got excited :rotfl:.
Anyway its only one extra email I doubt it really causes that much trouble !!!!

Yeah, but it's not the first time this has happened, and it does get annoying to log in to find a duplicated alert...and this one was over 12 hours apart.
It doesn't take too much skill to check previous alerts to make sure the one you are putting on has not already been posted does it...?0 -
anyone noticed that the food visits on esa all say december instead of jan in the text?! i just applied regardless as the date on the front screen was jan:rotfl:

Just got my second payment from BARE. I was wondering why I'd only been paid for one of the two jobs I did and a letter just popped through the door from Alliance and Leicester telling me that they've taken £10 for the privilege of using their bank. W*nkers. I suppose I should be lucky that they didn't take £10 for the last payment as well. Best change it to Halifax for next time!0 -

Yeh I wouldn't mind a small percentage, but that was over a third of the payment that they took for their "low fixed fee".
I've just done my last jobs for 2009, couple of reports to fill in and I'm gunna update my spreadsheet between xmas and new year.0
