    another question from me,

am doing a supermarket shop for RE tomorrow, just noticed that there is times it has to be done between - could of sworn when I booked the visit it was for anytime - maybe Im wrong but is anyone else doing one of these visits that may be able to confirm it for me?:D

as far as I can remember there has always been time for the in store visits as per notes and guidelines.

As for drinks. I have always ordered more and been paid up to reimbursement. As long as you order what they want then it is fine to buy more. From what i remember you can only order hot drinks after (ie tea, coffee) after meal. As long as you mention it in report it is fine to do that but I think you need to buy other drinks with meal, but sometimes this is included as a meal deal.

I did one this week and there definitely was time restriction. I think the time I could shop was between 10:00 - 16:00 but I did it on Monday so the allowed shopping time for your job could be different.

Just had my RE supermarket delivery & what an easy questionnaire :D. Just off on holiday and what a nice note to end on.

See you in a week peeps

  • Just opened my emails.

I have 7 from RE asking me if I am doing the Mat**** assignment today - erm, I didn't even know they shopped said shop. Then I get a further 2 emails saying ignore the previous ones. To add insult to injury there are another two emails asking if I can complete a local assigment - great excpet it tells me the time but not where or what the job is. Don't know whether to laugh of cry:eek:

I got an email about doing a visit to a local gym (it's not showing on the site though).

I emailed back to ask them to double check the fee, as it was £5 more when I visited the same gym last year.... No reply as yet.

  • Hi
I completed a green supermarket shop for RE today and I have to say the questionnaire was much better than before! Less daft explanations and easy to follow. Was also proof read within the hour. I'm impressed!

Just would like a few more shops now, I've only done a couple this year.

  • Hi. I have been looking on from the sidelines for quite a while now (it's always interesting to read what MSers are saying about the agencies) but only just registered. I need to get in touch with Mystery Shopping Ninja - have tried to send a PM but I think your inbox must be full.
Are you the same person that does the blog (looked on your profile but nothing there)? If so, please can you PM me ASAP. I would really like to speak to you about conducting a similar experiment for us. Many thanks.

Hi. Yes, I am that person (removed the url on my profile as it caused problems). Have cleared my inbox so feel free to PM.
If it weren't for mystery shopping I would never have discovered the joy of launch control.
  • Aaarrrggghhh!!! RE are still insisting that I complete a report that I completed last week. Have spoken to them and they say it's an IT issue and they can see that I have completed the report but they keep asking me to complete it.

Has anyone done one of the 'new' style posh sandwich reports? So much easier and no repetition! Let's hope it's a sign of things to come for RE...
