Anyone else having problems with accepting jobs on gap?

I've been trying to select one for the weekend and it just keeps rejecting - I've never shopped that particular outlet previously and have no other jobs booked for that client on that day so am totally stumped...its also slightly out of the area I normally get phoned to cover which is annoying.
It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

  • I have just recieved an email from ABAi reminding me about a job (I was on the reserve list). This is my first with them and have a stupid question.

where are the job details? breifing notes, pay etc. all it says is i have the job booked but nothing else.
I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!

Has anyone had queries from RE recently about receipts? I got the usual slew of emails saying I had proof reading queries, but obviously not telling me what the queries were, no that would be too straightforward. So I logged and checked my messages. Both queries were saying that they hadn't received or couldn't read the receipt. I've checked my images and they are both very clear. I always scan my receipts and have never had a problem before.

I've re-sent the original images as I can't see what I can do to make them clearer. Just wondered if anyone else had this problem, as I wondered if they had a problem at their end that made them unable to see pictures properly?
  • I am having the same problem, I scanned mine in and then the receipts were held up at proof reading stage. I then took a picture of the receipt and uploaded that - that worked fine and went through proof-reading okay.

Does anyone find assignments for electrical retailers more popular among fellow pannelists than for banks or mobile phone shops.

"nope, afraid not. I have responded to the email asking the same questions."

Once you accept the job they send an email with attachments with job notes. Have you accepted job? You may have been told a job you reserved is available but you still need to accept the job via the main website. If the jobs were not attached to the job details then yeah its best to email them, but does sound strange.

Aaarrrggghhh!!! RE are still insisting that I complete a report that I completed last week. Have spoken to them and they say it's an IT issue and they can see that I have completed the report but they keep asking me to complete it.

Insist they up the fee then for extra work as it isn;t your fault. They upped my fee once to double because a report would not submit.
