Hi - I'm having some difficulty with inputting my results into retail eyes (grr their website is so annoying or maybe it's just me?!) anyway, i have put everything in but the save and submit button are faded and cannot be pressed. I emailed 2 different people asking what I should do and then just ended up putting my answers in a word document and sending them to the person on the briefing notes. Do you think that'll be ok??? I don't see what else I can do! My mystery shop didn't even go very well - numerous items missing from my delivery and I had to phone up to get a refund grr!0

If they are really difficult to get work with then I might just give up on them as I try to plan a few jobs together to make it worthwhile, then find that I dont have the esa jobs so have a 20 mile trip for one vist!
Seems to be a case of eeny-meeny-miney -mo I'm afraid. God only knows what their selection criteria is. Sometimes I get something and sometimes I get nothing. It is frustrating. If you can’t beat your computer at chess, try kickboxing.:rotfl:0 -

Lately I've not had replies to any of my emails to them. The best thing you can do is pick up the phone and speak to a "Live" person. I think a lot of people are going to bypass them at this rate, seems more trouble than it's worth at times. Did you make sure the assignment ID no was on the email? If you can’t beat your computer at chess, try kickboxing.:rotfl:0 -
I'm doing my first costume jewelery job for React. To enter the results by email, do I have to fill out the questionaire by hand, scan it then send it as an attachment?
I've done coffee shops for them that were just entered into the site, so though all the jobs would be like that.
I saved these forms onto my computer and then just completed them on-line and emailed back to them as an attachment.
(obviously had to print out first to fill them in in-store!!)
Have to admit, I HATED this assignment with a passion, and accepted it as an 'incentive' after agreeing to another job with React. Not going to do them again though.0 -

Yes, that's what I did Scottie's Mum. I highlighted "Y" or "N" in a different colour and typed my answers in. And I've done 2 of these now, and enjoyed them! Will be on the look-out for them again!plane_boy2000 wrote: »Is there a knack to getting work with ESA? FINALLY accepted an assignment this year, a cinema for React for this weekend.
Although having said that when Ted called me to confirm I could accept it I had already received an accepted mail about 5 hours earlier. When I explained this to him he said they'd been having some system problems so if anyone else got an accepted mail around lunchtime-ish you might want to double check with them just incase...0 -
Help a worried newbie MSer! Just listening to a voicemail from RE (left at 16:45) about a restaurant I am intending to go to tonight (quite a kerching re-imbursement, no fee). Answerphone when I call back.
Bit concerned why she might be calling, a courtesy call? Anyone have an idea - bit worried am going to spend this cash and I would needed to have confirmed with her. Not had this with RE before.Mortgage overpayments in 2010, pledging £5000
