RE supermarket deliveries. I've accepted one with a visit day for tomorrow. No time/day restrictions. So I'm assuming I make the order tomorrow for any day next week I want? If I've read this wrong then please let me know.

Also there is another one for the same supermarket for 11th-13th. Can I take more than one job and make another order on Mon/Tues/Weds for delivery on Mon/Tues/Weds of this or the following week?

Thats the way I'm reading it but it seems too good to be true. Am I missing something here?

Doesn't matter when it's ordered, but it needs to be delivered on the date you pick. So if it's a mon-thurs timeframe then it needs to be delivered mon-thurs, if there aren't any slots you pick the next week.

I only ever saw one delivery per store, the second was a walk in. Are you sure it's two deliveries?

Yep. There's two deliveries and two walk in showing. I've grabbed both the deliveries. The Mon-Weds one shouldn't be a problem. I'll go on now and see if they can deliver tomorrow for the other one. And if they cant then I can hopefully arrange it for next Sunday?

I was doubtful on this myself but I need some shopping and I use the shop anyway so I cant see how I can lose.

Looking at the RE supermarket jobs I've got it seems I've got a Mon-Weds job. Plus a Thurs-Sun job thats been released late.

You might find it worth having another look at the site in case the same has been done for your local shop.

Well I tried to get out today. Spent nearly 2 hours clearing my drive and I'm knackered. Getting too old for this physical stuff. Then I watched somebody else from further down the street trying to get up the road. They made it but were skidding and swerving the whole way up. Sod that I thought, especially when it started snowing again. I've got beer, I'm happy.

It has been bad here. Yesterday, next door's son parked on the grassy bit further down our street, and his car got stuck! They've spent today digging it out.

We've had further snow since, and an Iceland home delivery van got stuck this afternoon. I walked passed it and he was throwing grit under the wheels and he asked if I felt fit enough to push! I had Charlotte and the two dogs with me though, so two male neighbours shoved him out instead.

I've got another audit to do in the morning, and there is more snow forecast overnight.

I won't be keen to many more jobs for RE if this is their idea of improvements. Every time they tweak with the website it just makes things worse:rolleyes:

Totally agree, RE always stuff things up big time when they "improve" the website:mad:

maybe its just be but I prefer the new style of improvements. It was quicker for me...

I managed to finish filling in a questionnaire on the RE website for the electrical visit I did today. It took much longer than usual. It kept saying I didn't answer all the questions every time I moved onto the next category. Also texts in the questions kept disappearing so I couldn't see what the questions were. It was a pain having to refer to the printed questionnaire throughout the process. I've checked the website just now, the job is not pending anymore and the fee is showing in 'Payment due 25/01/10' but my score hasn't changed at all. Another thing - when I tried to check a few assignment notes, I got completely wrong notes!:mad: The list goes on...

Hmm, glad I don't have any RE assignments coming up.
