I visited fabric dept but it wants answers for both fabric and cushions and then says only answer if you visited XYZ. But if you leave blank you can't move on

Sent them an e mail so i'll have to wait till Monday, getting ready for another long conversation explaining why i didn't submit details intime.

Help - just done my first ESA job (omelette anyone ).

2 problems -
1. it is asking for my 'number' but I can't find a 'number' - I have entered my user name, is that ok, otherwise where is my user number (looked everywhere ).
2. questionnaire is done (liked it ) but on 'front page' where I have answer 4 questions I have done so & tried to complete but it is saying the 1st 3 are not done . What am I supposed to say - I tried just saying 'yes' then tried with phrases etc, still doesn't like it

I'm struggling on the egg jobs. I've finished the questionnaire and uploaded a receipt, but it won't let me submit the report as the website says I have not completed the final 4 questions. I have though. What else can I answer the questions with to allow me to submit these reports?

Have you scrolled over to the right hand side and ticked the yes/no boxes?? Should submit then.

If you click on the assignment pages for the donut jobs in Milton Keynes on RE that isn't even what comes up - it's some kind of off licence...weird

Have you tabbed across to the right where the tick boxes are? Have you clicked on 'check questionnaire' (might not be that exactly but 'Check' something or other)?

Hi, Could anyone please help with a RE query? There are a couple of jobs I'd like to book and I don't often get the chance due to silly new shifts at work. The ones I can do have a date thats already gone - before I used to book it and ring up and arrange it on the next working day but can't seem to proceed now although 1 i wanted appears to have now been booked by someone else? I'd be grateful for any help with this

i did the egg shops, all 3 stores had none, i putt hat in my report and bought a product i would use!!

Shopper no is at the bottom of your job summary page below the location (just before the last 4 questions)

For the second point, yes you have to scroll across and select "yes", it's not immediately obvious
