  • Here is a new question to ask fair organizers - is my stall a full table - just got a refund from Groomsport where i was offered half a table! 2 hours on half a table for 20 quid, oh and all the taBles were pushed together so you had no side access - no way i could set up there!

  • Hi folks,,,, wondering would you all mind helping me ? I have a Candy floss machines. popcorn and slush machines that I have started touring round the schools with to help the PTA out with ( 30% given back) , I have started to attended craft fairs in the last 2 months and all seems to be going well ,so if there is any you think would suit me , would you please let me no, many thanks for your time and help.

    Hey, the last craft fair listings was on page 155, you could pick out a few and ring around to see if they have places and whether they would be delighted to have you on board. :)

    I'm sure the more experienced craft fair stallholders will be able to advise you on fairs that would like something different!

    There is a fair in St Mark's Church in Newtownards (the one at the bottom of Willam Street/Regent Street). Tables are £20 and it is 11 until 3 (i think). Unfortunately I don't have contact details but I was passing and called in and was able to pick up a form - oh, it's on 20th November!

    I am part of a team which organises a Winter Wonderland in Glenmachan Church, Belfast. Winter Wonderland is a christmas extravaganza where children can visit Santa interact with popular life size characters including Mickey, Minnie, Snow White and Seven Dwarfs, Bob the Builder and many more. We also run a christmas market and craft area and this year we are hoping to extend our Christmas Market which runs concurrently with Winter Wonderland. If anyone would be interested in attending the dates are

    Thurs 25th Nov 6-9pm
    Fri 26th Nov 6-9pm
    Sat 27th Nov 10am - 6pm
    Cost £50.00 per table
    Winter Wonderland has proved extremely successful in recent years and approx 700 children pass through along with accommpaning adults.

    Hi everyone! Had a very interesting meeting with the Hastings Hotel Group this morning. Exciting times are ahead! They've asked if I would be able to organise a christmas fair for them on Sunday 28th November 12-4PM in the gorgeous Stormont Hotel. Very last minute I know. If anyone would be interested, please let me know asap. If all goes to plan, this will be held on a monthly basis. It will run on the first Sunday of every month alongside their very popular Sunday Buffet, so will always have a decent footflow. Let me know what you all think. xxx ref jenniemac
