Oh I have been away for the weekend and have enjoyed reading all the posts!

How did Belmont go at the weekend?

Hi Laura - what sort of pottery does your partner do? Could he make you a stand? I paint pottery and make jam/chutney, sometimes cupcakes and novelties depending on where I am going. For advice on fairs, make sure your table cloth comes right to the floor, it looks so messy when boxes etc are on show, co-ordinate the stall as much as possible, stand up and smile, cross your fingers and hope for the best!!!!!

We did pumpkinfest last year, it was OK but not great, doing Glenlola (apparently they had 2 stalls left yesterday) Banbridge and Bangor Elim before the end of the month - you just have to keep trying them all until you find the ones that work for you.

Anyone doing Groomsport??? I thought £30 for 2 hours was a bit steep so decided against it.

I am doing Burnavon in Nov - Glassact are you going? Who else is?:eek: (this is a scary halloween icon!)
