Hello folks! Im here alive and kicking! Took the summer off from crafting and am just trying to get back into it, but its hard! Also having a harder time a) finding local fairs and b) getting in to local fairs as the moment I say Fair Trade the organisers say " oooh..weve already got one of them" despite us selling stuff that no-one else does, and also 50% of our stall is now handmade by US! There, rant over. Anyway, the list is long and luscious, but rather lacking in Belfast fairs....are we having to go further afield these days?!

I have organised a marie curie charity cabaret and bingo night in cooke
rugby club , shawsbridge on sat 29th january, all proceeds from the night
will go to mccc. I havent done the Xmas fair SJ, but others on here have done other fairs, and I have heard mixed reviews. Im not sure how much Ballance advertises its events. I never see any adverts in belfast for them, so it could just be a very local thing, but again, from what I hear, Ballance isnt the kind of place you happen to drive past...others will have more experience though, Im sure someone will come along soon!
