Very nice of you to pop on and offer such good advice. I'll PM Premier and see if he'll meet you for a beer!

Explain why since the Supreme Court in their judgement indicates a challenge under Regulation 5(1) in their judgement from November?
The OFT decided that a collective(that means more than 1) challenge was no longer in their interest.
Can you explain what reasoning you have since newer arguments have yet to be tested in a court of law?
Unfortunately, the Supreme Court did not close the door, they close a window and left the door ajar.
