Yes please but what's also important is the details of your original complaint to the bank and the subsequent complaint to the FOS. It's important we know the legal (and otherwise) arguments you put forward as it is likely the FOS are progressing or not progressing complaints that were based particular criteria.

If it helps you can e-mail any scans of letters to here admin@legalbeagles.info

I have found all the letters I have written to Lloyds and also my FOS complaint form. I will scan the letters I have received back along with a list of my charges and forward them to your email address later on this afternoon.

Many thanks

Claire

Have got those - thanks.

I need to speak to the FOS Technical dept on Monday to try and get some clarity on a couple of issues before formulating your response. And it may be wise to hang on for the OFT's announcement on Tuesday morning before sending it off.

FYI Alpine
by the time I was free at work, just after 3pm, I called them but unfortunately no staff available, seems they keep early hours.
I too will try again on Monday.
Please ignore those people who post on this forum who deliberately try to misinform you. Don't be bullied by them, don't be blamed by them. You know who I mean.
You come here for advice, help and support- thats what I and like minded others will try to do.

Have spoken with FOS and the long & short of it is that we can't expand on your existing arguments but we can introduce new ones. I'll draft a letter for you tomorrow - after the OFT's announcement.

Hi All,

I have now recieved a Final Decision from the Ombudsman. They are not upholding my complaint against Lloyds TSB

Alpine Star - I have forwarded their response to you via email.

Thanks for the assistance given.

Hi there

Sorry to hear this.

Did they give you a full explanation on why they did not uphold in your favour?
If so work on them and ask if you can have another opinion by another adjudicator, I'm sure they will consider this on request, but I think there will be more waiting though.
Good luck with all this.;)
